ADDITIONAL ORDERING INFORMATION
(AND THE FINE PRINT)

DEPOSIT

The non-refundable $1,000 deposit secures your place in my order queue, as well as locks in my current pricing. The build slot purchased by this deposit is applied towards the purchase price of the guitar, and may be sold or transferred if desired.

RETURNS

Upon receipt of your guitar, there is a 2 day return period. Within 2 days, if you are not satisfied for any reason, I will honor a return with no questions asked. I will list the instrument, and will refund the full purchase amount, less the deposit, upon the resale of the instrument.

WARRANTY

All of my instruments come with a full lifetime warranty against any manufacturing defects for the original owner. This warranty does not cover any damage that arises from mistreatment of the instrument. This includes, but is not limited to damage due to humidity (or the lack thereof), extremes in temperature, acts of God, mishandling, or abuse. Any repairs or modifications completed by anyone other than myself (except for luthiers/shops that I have explicitly pre-approved) voids the warranty.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

For non-local sales and repairs, the buyer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs through a carrier of their choice.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND DESIGN MODIFICATIONS

A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a place in my queue. Half of the remaining balance (including applicable sales tax) is due at the start of the building process; the other half is due upon completion before the instrument is shipped/delivered.  Upon receipt of the first payment (when I begin building the instrument), all designs are considered final, and any changes may incur an additional charge.
